Saggy, contracted breasts after childbirth, satisfied with the volume and body regained by breast elevation!
Reason undergoing breast surgery I opted for breast surgery due to the loss of elasticity caused by frequent dieting. The situation worsened after pregnancy, resulting in my breasts growing to a D-cup and my areola widening significantly. The stress reached a point where I disliked looking at my body in the mirror, and it greatly affected my self-confidence. Deciding not to let it worsen any further, I chose to undergo breast surgery at View Plastic Surgery.
Day 4
After admission, I was extremely worried as the hospital experience was more painful than I had anticipated. Confusion set in during the initial days. However, waking up on the 4th day, I noticed a significant reduction in bloating and pain compared to the previous day, and I felt a bit better! Following advice, I've been taking an old-fashioned decongestant in the morning on an empty stomach. My body feels lighter, and my overall condition has improved so much that I managed to tackle household chores, including washing dishes, running the vacuum, and folding laundry. Oddly, I haven't experienced much chest pain, and the bruising on the affected side and a slight bitterness are tolerable. I'm maintaining patience with the belief that tomorrow will bring further improvement.
Day 7
Now as I'm used to sleep and waking up its doesn't hurt as before. However, when I lie down straight, I can still slight pain of my chest. I went to the hospital for progress check up on after 7th day and removed the bandages and disinfected it. The doctor suggest to wear correction bra for two more weeks. Now that I'm accustomed to sleeping and waking up, the pain is not as intense as before. However, when I lie down straight, I still feel a slight pain in my chest. On the 7th day, I went to the hospital for a progress check-up, where they removed the bandages and disinfected the area. The doctor recommended wearing a correction bra for an additional two weeks. These days I can do more daily stuff including hanging things. When the baby requests a hug, I sit down, place them on my lap, and hug them without lifting them up. Honestly, there's not enough pain to avoid hugging, but I've been advised not to overdo it, so I'm using my arms as little as possible!! The most challenging aspect is not being able to wash my hair properly ㅠㅠ. I hope to spend another week well, have the stitches removed, and take a quick shower next week! After a week, the pain is at 0, and there's nothing but discomfort with the correction bra!
Week 2
Strangely, I felt almost no pain in the first week, but on the 8th day, I began experiencing discomfort. The tightness increased, and it seemed like only one side was swollen, accompanied by a sensation of heat. This subtle pain persisted until the day I had my stitches removed in the second week. I also felt pain in the armpit area and on the side of the chest. However, it's gradually improving, so I'll have to be patient. After the progress report in the 2nd week, the stitches were removed, the area was disinfected, and tape was reapplied to the scar due to the vertical elevation areola incision. The doctor mentioned that I could take a shower after two days and advised me to disinfect separately at home. I bought povidone for that purpose. The left side exhibits more upper convexity, while the right side is still a bit dull. Perhaps it's because different cc amounts were used on both sides, making them look like different sizes. The doctor mentioned feeling grains in the area where buoyancy was removed, but assured me that it would gradually improve. Pain perception varies for everyone, but personally, the 2nd week felt more painful than the 1st week ㅠㅠ. Next week, the doctor has recommended an ultrasound and purchasing a wire bra.
3rd weeks Except for the correction bra today, Solve told me to buy underwear last week, so I went to buy it, and he taught me how to wear the underwear and helped me to wear it. I had an areola incision so I decided to put more tape on it. I still have to put the tape on, so before the high-frequency treatment, I first managed the regeneration at the dermatology clinic today! Now, the pain is all right except for a little cramping when it was too much, and I'm doing well. Weeks 2 through 3 seem to have hurt the most, and I'm fine now! The upper convexity has all come down on the left side, and the right side is still a little bit different in size, but even after 3 weeks, I am so satisfied with the improvement in the sagging breasts and the smaller areolas, so I think the size difference will get better and I don't care about the scars. The Abra fit 80F cup in Solve, and the ribcage is the original size, so it doesn't look that big in reality! Just wearing a regular bra without the correction bra is too light and I will have to take better care of it in the future!
It's the 4th week of the first month, so they both seem to be holding up well. It's not uncomfortable even when I'm sleeping, but as my nerves come back, I feel like I'm being stabbed at times, and I'm happy with the shape of my chest now without feeling like a bowl of rice because I have some weight. After the 4th week checkup and high frequency management, I feel a little more relaxed! I did an ultrasound and the surgery went well, so I don't think there's anything to worry about now, and I think I'll have to manage it well until the next checkup. I wonder why I didn't do it sooner and I'm so happy!!
2nd month It became natural to lie on my side, so I sleep on my side. As for the underwear, I am still doing what the solb bra hospital ordered, but I am not wearing a normal bra. He told me not to forcefully collect it or press it, so I'm careful ^^ I touched something like a grain in the armpit floating room, but it disappeared at some point!! Others say that sometimes my chest hurts, but I don't have any pain. The areola tape will be used only for 2 months, so the next checkup will remove the tape! My chest is already soft and now I can lift some heavy things! I started doing light exercise and I am doing aerobic, and there is nothing inconvenient in my daily life! I really like the areola reduction and the removal of the floating chambers ㅠㅠ Really, really, really recommend!!
After
3 months, I went to the hospital to see the progress of 3 months. They said that I can wear regular underwear from now on, so I bought a new underwear. At 80F, the swelling has gone and it is now an 80E cup! He told me not to wear underwear that I collect forcibly, so I only wear underwear that fits perfectly!
I had a tape allergy in the middle, so there was no scar at all, but after 2 months, there was a little scar, so I decided to start scar management from the next time on!! I'm using Conturatubex ointment, and I need to apply scar ointment as well. After 3 months, weights can be added little by little, so I'm planning on exercising now. Probably everyday life, lifting heavy things, sleeping on the side, etc. are all fine, so I think it's good to try a little bit!! I had a massage on my stomach a while ago and it was fine for about 30 minutes. The implant was not hard at first, but now it is softer. My sagging breasts have improved a lot and I like the shape so much that I have no regrets about the surgery! The hospital staff are all friendly, and every time I go, I feel like I am being taken care of. Next time, I decided to go for scar treatment and ultrasound in 6 months!
After 4 months, chest pain and discomfort have been greatly reduced enough to exercise without the chest The texture was on the fleshy side, so it was good from the beginning! It seems to get softer as time goes on. The scar was very severe due to a tape allergy in 2-3 months, but it improved so much that only the surgery marks were visible! Also, what I am satisfied with in the scar part is that I am a keloid, but it does not cause keloids, so I am very satisfied with that alone. There is no worry as the scar treatment will start at the hospital from 6 months. The best thing is that when I wear sportswear, the fit is completely different, so my friends are surprised and envious! I have a wide ribcage, so I went with a demi-type implant, but the line looks really pretty, so I think I made a good choice! It seems that underwear is worn all day after surgery without taking it off. No more discomfort at all! really very satisfied!!
5th month
I had a sore feeling when sleeping on my side and a little uncomfortable feeling when I took my bra off, so I wore the bra for almost 24 hours. The scars are also getting lighter, and the areolas are not visible at all, so my friends say it's amazing!! I think I did a really good job with the soft and soft motiva
. It doesn't look like a bowl of rice even when I lay down and it spreads well. In May, I had an ultrasound scan and scar management. I was so curious, so I wanted to go for another checkup. Saggy breasts and shape have improved so much, and even the floating room that can't be done with exercise has been resolved, so I'm really having a happy day, wondering why I had to have the surgery now!!
6 months After 6 months, I did a chest ultrasound scan and scar treatment I heard this! I liked the look and feel, and I was able to trust and trust meticulously even after the treatment of scars, so I finished the hospital checkup with peace of mind. Also, the nurses kindly informed me about breast implant management, so I thought that I would have to manage it carefully in the future. It is a large hospital, but I am very satisfied with this hospital! Now, I am in the middle of treating scars, and I decided to do an ultrasound one year later, but I hope the scar treatment goes well?
