Review of Consultation
I decided to undergo Seoul rhinoplasty to fix my hump nose and wide nasal shape.
View Plastic Surgery Clinic is famous for countless successful cases of Korean plastic surgery, so I didn’t hesitate in choosing them. I had another procedure here before and was very satisfied with the thorough care and the results.
Before the consultation, I had to take an X-ray, which not every clinic in Korea requires. This allowed the doctor to analyze my nose structure in detail and give a customized consultation.
After talking with the consultant, the surgeon explained my CT scans. He pointed out a slight dorsal hump and elongated columella, which made my nose appear wide. He suggested using a silicone implant for the bridge and septal cartilage for the tip, ensuring more refined, natural-looking results.
I also shared my concerns about ear cartilage, and he kindly respected my preference to use septal cartilage only.
Although the building looked quite grand and intimidating, everyone was friendly, which helped ease my worries.
At that moment, I couldn’t wait to see my new look after my nose job in Korea! ❤️

3 Days Post-Op Review
Luckily, I had my nasal packing removed earlier than most patients. My nose was still blocked by mucus, but much better than before.
Since swelling usually peaks around days 2–3, I applied ice packs frequently to my eyes and cheeks. Interestingly, most of my swelling was in the lower part of my face, making me look like I had a square jaw.
Despite that, I could already see a higher bridge, which made me so excited. Pain was manageable with medication. Fatigue made me nap a lot at home, which is common after Korean plastic surgery.
The tip of my nose felt numb, almost like it wasn’t mine, which was strange but expected. I just wanted the splint removed so the swelling could go down and my before and after rhinoplasty results would be visible.

3 Weeks Post-Op Review
By week 3, swelling had gone down. At first, my bridge looked swollen and unnatural, but it became more natural over time.
I still felt some tenderness where the silicone was inserted, but sensation was gradually returning. The nostrils and columella were healing well.
What thrilled me the most were the compliments I received. Some even said my nose resembled NewJeans Minji’s, which was unbelievable.
This was when I truly felt proud of choosing Seoul rhinoplasty.

1 Month Post-Op Review
At one month, my nose looked much more natural.
The bridge and tip were still firm to the touch but not painful. The incision was faintly visible, but the doctor advised using scar cream.
I started receiving endless compliments. People asked where I got my surgery done, and I happily said at one of the best plastic surgery clinics in Korea.
Looking back, I’m thankful the surgeon suggested rib cartilage, which helped achieve safe, stable results.

By month 2, my nose had settled well. Swelling was almost gone, and my nose felt more natural.
Breathing was comfortable, and washing my face became easier. The incision line was fading with proper care.
I loved how my nose looked in photos. During dress fittings, people even joked I should be a celebrity. That’s the magic of a successful Korean nose job review.

3 Months Post-Op Review
At 3 months, I met relatives who said I looked prettier but didn’t realize I had surgery until I told them. That’s how natural it was.
Most swelling had disappeared, and the incision line faded. Makeup became easier, and I barely needed contouring or highlighting.
It was such a satisfying stage of my plastic surgery journey.

4 Months Post-Op Review
During seasonal changes, I had a small breakout on my nose, but it wasn’t serious.
Everything else was perfect. My nose looked natural, and I even filmed a small advertisement and took new profile photos. People kept saying my nose looked beautiful, which boosted my confidence.
I felt extremely grateful to the medical team at View Plastic Surgery Clinic in Korea.

5 Months Post-Op Review
By month 5, my nose looked very natural. Having my nose job in Korea before my wedding photos was the best decision ever.
The scar that once bothered me faded, and most people couldn’t even tell I had rhinoplasty unless I mentioned it.
If I could go back, I would have done it even earlier.

At month 7, everything was stable and natural. My bridge gave my face better balance, and even my allergic rhinitis improved slightly.
The numbness from the early months was gone, and sensation returned.
Before, I felt insecure when looking in the mirror. Now, I gained confidence and loved taking photos again.

8 Months Post-Op Review
By month 8, my nose looked exactly how I wanted. The swelling was fully gone, and my profile looked amazing in side-view photos.
At my wedding, family and friends praised my new look. Even though my nose was the only change, it made a huge difference in my overall appearance.
I posted more confidently on Instagram thanks to my before and after rhinoplasty results.
There were no side effects at all, just natural healing. Truly one of the best decisions of my life.

9 Months Post-Op Review
It’s been 9 months since my surgery, but I’m still amazed when I look in the mirror.
Before, my side profile was okay, but my nostrils looked too exposed from the front, making me insecure.
Now, the nostril exposure is reduced, the bridge looks refined, and the tip supported by rib cartilage feels secure.
The best part? I can take unedited selfies confidently, something I never dared before. Friends and colleagues tell me how natural my results are.
This is my honest Korean nose job review: choosing plastic surgery in Korea completely changed my life and boosted my confidence.
