Consultation Review at VIEW Plastic Surgery

As this was my first time getting breast augmentation, I had many questions and concerns. The surgeon explained the surgical methods, implant types, and my body proportions in detail, which made me feel reassured.
He also showed estimated results using a bra and sample implants and helped me choose a size that matched my preference. I felt that he was highly professional and attentive throughout the consultation.

Day 3 After Breast Augmentation at VIEW Plastic Surgery in Korea

I was worried about pain after surgery, but thankfully I had almost no pain from the beginning.
The unexpected part was the abdominal bloating, which started on Day 1 and made going to the bathroom very difficult. It felt like my stomach was inflated with air.
The clinic reassured me that this is a normal post-operative reaction.
By Day 2, my shoulders felt lighter and daily activities were possible except for intense exercise. I even started taking very light walks at night.

On Day 3, I visited the clinic for a follow-up. The doctor checked my progress, and wearing the bra and upper-pole band made the upper-breast bulging look much better. My arms moved about 90% normally, and although the bloating remained, it was improving.

Week 1 After Breast Augmentation at VIEW Plastic Surgery in Korea

Sitting, standing, and lying down became much easier. Stretching felt more flexible, and my arms moved freely.
Right after waking up, my chest felt heavy, but it improved shortly after.
The incision areas started to itch as they healed, and numb areas slowly regained sensation.
The only thing that didn’t improve yet was the abdominal swelling—it almost felt worse—but visually my enlarged breast volume made my body look more balanced.
My breast shape also began to settle, and the popping sound when lifting my arms decreased a lot.

Week 2 After Breast Augmentation at VIEW Plastic Surgery in Korea

It still didn’t feel completely like my own chest, but overall I became much more comfortable.
The shaping bra recommended by the clinic felt tight but helped maintain the breast form well.
Pain was almost gone, and swelling improved noticeably each day.
The breasts were still firm, which is normal at two weeks, but they were softer than before. Sensation returned faster than I expected—even the nipple sensation began to come back.
The scar was still healing, but there was no pain and healing seemed to be progressing well.

Week 3 After Breast Augmentation at VIEW Plastic Surgery in Korea

I continued wearing the V-Fit bra consistently as recommended. At first it felt tight and uncomfortable, but as the swelling decreased and the tissue softened, it became much easier to wear.
I had almost no pain except for an occasional slight sting.
The scar was still noticeable but should improve with time.

The breast shape—my biggest concern—still looked a bit rectangular from the front, and I wasn’t sure if it was due to swelling. I hoped it would round out as everything settled.
Daily life was comfortable, with only slight discomfort when bending forward.

1 Month After Breast Augmentation at VIEW Plastic Surgery in Korea

Major pain was completely gone.
Occasionally I felt a tingling sensation when keeping my arms raised for a long time.
The texture became much softer—no more hard feeling—and daily activities were comfortable.
It still didn’t feel entirely like my natural chest yet; some days it felt soft, other days heavier. This seemed to fluctuate depending on swelling.
I still couldn’t sleep on my side or exercise freely, but everything else felt much easier.

2 Months After Breast Augmentation at VIEW Plastic Surgery in Korea

The previously round, swollen “bread-like” look gradually became more natural.
The implants weren’t fully soft yet, but compared to the early days, the improvement was significant.
Scars still looked similar, but I applied scar cream consistently and wasn’t too worried.
As swelling decreased, I sometimes felt a heavy ache, but the clinic explained this was part of the settling process.
I was excited to see how things would look at 6 months and 1 year.

3 Months After Breast Augmentation at VIEW Plastic Surgery in Korea

The breast shape became noticeably more natural, and I was very satisfied with the appearance.
Texture and scars continued to improve slowly.
Sleeping became more comfortable, and almost all discomfort disappeared.
As the breasts softened and settled, I felt increasingly happy with the results—just like many patients say, breast augmentation becomes more satisfying as time goes on.
