Resect the chin in a T-shape, remove the central bone,
bring the remaining bones together, secure them
firmly,

Long chin

Osteotomize the chin in a sandwich technique (horizontally
resect the bone and remove a central bone segment of
greater width),
remove the central bone to reduce both
length and width, gather the remaining bones,
secure
them firmly, and refine the chin line for a polished
appearance. Before and after photos were taken under the same conditions, with the treatment
time specified,
with the consent of the patient who received direct treatment at our
hospital. Treatment results may vary depending on the patient's condition.

Short chin

Perform a T-shaped osteotomy, remove the central bone,
bring the chin ends together,
and simultaneously
extend the length using autologous bone to balance
the chin's length and shape.

Small and receding chin (Short chin)

Horizontally osteotomize the chin, move the recessed
chin bone forward to extend its length,
secure it firmly,
