Review of Consultation
In my early 20s, I had a bit of a chubby body, so my breasts were larger. However, as I gradually lost weight, my breasts became smaller as well. Then, after getting pregnant, my breasts grew again, but after breastfeeding for about two years, they became very small.
After hearing this, I started looking into breast surgery. I asked friends who had undergone breast augmentation, and they all recommended View Plastic Surgery, so I immediately made an appointment for a consultation and went.
During the consultation, the doctor analyzed my breast photos that I had taken beforehand and recommended a size based on the shape I wanted.
According to the doctor, my right breast is larger, and depending on the bone position, the degree of protrusion varies, making it a difficult case. For the size, the doctor showed me three options, and my husband wanted the largest size, so we decided on Motiva 425cc.
The doctor explained that the incision could be made either under the armpit or along the breast fold. Since the height difference of my breasts could also be corrected, I chose the breast fold incision. I’m excited as the surgery is just a few days away. 🙂

3 Days Post-Op Review
Interestingly, when I’m just sitting still, I don't feel any pain at all. However, I do feel a bit of discomfort when I get up from lying down or when I go down the stairs. Also, the pulling sensation is gradually becoming stronger.
As for my abdomen, there’s no pain when I'm resting, but I do feel some discomfort when walking or when I touch it. There are almost no bruises, but it feels hard when I touch it.
Today, I had my Day 3 treatment, and the shape of my breasts already looks so beautiful, so I’m really looking forward to the results.

1 Week Post-Op Review
Just like on Day 3, there’s no pain when I’m sitting still. However, I do feel a strong pulling sensation when I get up from lying down or go down the stairs. I guess it’s more intense since I opted for a larger size.
As for my abdomen, there’s no pain when I’m resting, but I feel some discomfort when walking or touching the area. There’s almost no bruising, and it’s a bit softer than it was on Day 3. Today, I also had the stitches from the incision at the lower fold removed.

2 Weeks Post-Op Review
I had the nipple stitches removed, and it was a bit painful. There’s hardly any pain now, but the sensation of tightness comes and goes.
I’m so happy that from tomorrow, I can remove all the tape and take a shower! However, because of this, I feel like having breast surgery during summer might be a little challenging.
As for my abdomen, I can definitely feel the effects now, as it feels like the swelling has gone down. But it still feels a bit hard, and the recovery is taking some time.

1 Month Post-Op Review
It's already been a month. It seems to be becoming more and more natural as time goes by.
The nipple area still hurts when touched, but there are no visible scars. Interestingly, the incision on the lower breast fold is located right where the fold naturally happens, so I think it will become less noticeable over time.
The texture is still firm, but it's softer now compared to right after the surgery.
As for the liposuction areas, they still hurt when pressed, but it feels like the volume has decreased a bit. The shape seems to be improving gradually, and I’m excited to see the final results.

2 Months Post-Op Review
It has been 2 months since my breast surgery. The nipple area still hurts a little when touched, but the shape looks beautiful and I am happy with it.
The texture is still firm, but there is no pulling sensation or discomfort. I’ve also been getting radiofrequency treatments, which seem to have made the area a little softer. The pain in the areas where liposuction was done is almost gone now, and the shape has improved a lot.
I’m really looking forward to the 3-month check-up. If everything looks good, I’ll be able to wear wired bras, and I’m so excited about that!

3 Months Post-Op Review
The pulling sensation in my breast is almost gone now, and the texture is gradually improving. Immediately after the surgery, it felt a bit too much, which was uncomfortable, but now I don't pay much attention to the upper bulge anymore. I’ve also been told that I can sleep on my side now, and I’m allowed to wear a wired bra, so I’m thinking about buying a beautiful bra this weekend.

4 Months Post-Op Review
The area around my nipple still hurts when touched, but overall, it has become much softer. The recovery seems to be different on each side, with the left side being softer. Haha.
After three months, I’ve been wearing regular bras, and they are much more comfortable than the V-fit bras I used to wear, which I really like.
As for my abdomen, the lumps have mostly disappeared, and it has become smoother. What I love the most is that my stomach no longer sticks out as much like it used to.

5 Months Post-Op Review
It has been five months since my surgery. My breasts have become much softer^^ I no longer feel pain or tightness, though occasionally my nipples still hurt.
The area where I had liposuction has also become much smoother, but there is still a little bit of firmness remaining.
However, what’s really surprising is that my lower abdomen, which used to be a concern, doesn’t stick out anymore even when I eat a lot. I’m truly grateful to the doctor for performing such a satisfying surgery.

6 Months Post-Op Review
It has already been six months since my surgery. My breasts have become much softer, and I don’t feel any pain or discomfort, except for my nipples. I had an ultrasound check, and the doctor said everything looks fine, which gave me peace of mind.
However, the doctor advised me to wear a bra that’s a bit looser and to continue moisturizing. Although I thought my breasts had already softened a lot, the doctor mentioned they will improve even more, so I’m looking forward to it!
Since I’ve been doing scar management, my scars have improved a lot as well. As for my abdomen, although I didn’t have a lot of fat there originally, I’m relieved that my belly doesn’t stick out anymore even when I eat a lot. There is still a bit of unevenness, and it feels a little firm when I touch it, so I plan to keep managing it carefully.
