Application Process

■ Contact will be made within 2 weeks of selection.
■ Model Porttrait right belong to VIEW Plastic Surgery (Being used for online/offline advertising content)
■ According to medical laws, free surgeries are not allowed. Therefore, a nominal fee for anesthesia/materials
will apply, and procedures will be carried out in compliance with legal procedures. Support costs may vary
depending on the disclosure level and surgical areas.
■ Required Information
- Phoths taken within the last month.
- Clear, unalterd photos (file size under 10MB)
- Basic Camera photos without edits [ Front / 45-degree / 90-degree angles ]
- Post-makeup photos [ Selfie / Full-body photo ]
- Applications using beauty apps or heavily edited photos will be excluded from model slection
- All required photos must be submitted to apply
- Breast model applicants must submit [ Face / Chest / Selfie ] photos
* Breast Model applicants must upload photos without undergarments *
