Before Surgery – Facial Contouring, Eye Surgery & Thread Lifting in Korea
Hello! Before surgery, I had prominent cheekbones and a square jaw, and my face looked quite wide from the front, which always stressed me out whenever I took photos. Especially from the side, my face looked very angular, far from the soft and delicate image I wanted.
I also had asymmetrical eyes with hidden double eyelids, so doing my makeup took a long time every morning and became a daily source of stress. Because these insecurities had accumulated over such a long time, I eventually started seriously considering Korean plastic surgery.
I decided that instead of making small changes, I wanted to transform everything at once. That’s why I chose to undergo facial contouring, eye surgery, and thread lifting in Korea all at the same time.
I visited many clinics for consultations and focused on choosing a Korean plastic surgery clinic that was known for creating natural facial lines, providing thorough post-operative care, and offering detailed diagnosis using 3D CT scans.
After all the consultations, I ultimately chose View Plastic Surgery, because it made me feel the most comfortable and at ease.
I hadn’t had the surgery yet at that point, but I was already feeling very nervous and excited. I planned to come back later with a full real patient review of Korean plastic surgery after my recovery.

Day 3 – Early Recovery, Swelling, and Post-Operative Care
Immediately after surgery, there was swelling as expected, but it wasn’t as severe as I had imagined. Thanks to the ice packs and prescribed medication provided by the clinic, I was able to manage the pain without major discomfort.
The post-operative care was excellent. They even helped wash my hair, which made recovery much easier and more comfortable.
Since I had facial contouring, thread lifting, and eye surgery done together, I expected heavy swelling, but it was less than expected and seemed to go down quickly.
Although I was still uncomfortable at this stage, I was already looking forward to how my face would look once the swelling subsided.

1 Week Post-Op – Facial Contours Begin to Appear
By the one-week mark, the swelling had reduced significantly, and my facial contours started to become visible. My double eyelid line was settling naturally, and my cheekbones and jawline looked much slimmer, giving my face a more refined and balanced shape.
The bruising gradually moved down toward my neck, which honestly made me laugh. During my follow-up appointment that day, the facial taping was removed.
The doctors carefully checked my condition one by one and mentioned that my swelling was reducing faster than average, which reassured me a lot. Even I could clearly see that my eyes and facial line looked sharper compared to day three.

2 Weeks Post-Op – Continued Healing Progress
It was already the two-week mark. Of course, there was still some swelling remaining. I was told that minor swelling after facial contouring surgery in Korea can last up to six months, but in my case, it seemed to be resolving more quickly than expected.
There was still some bruising around my eyes, but only a little remained, and it looked like it would disappear soon.

3 Weeks Post-Op – Natural Results and Lifting Effects
By week three, most of the swelling had gone down, and the thread lifting effects became noticeably visible. My double eyelids looked so natural that some people around me didn’t even realize I had surgery.
Thanks to the thread lifting, my skin felt firm without any sagging, which I was extremely satisfied with. What I loved most was how natural everything looked my skin appeared tighter and more vibrant, and my face looked better from every angle in photos. Makeup also applied much more beautifully.
I genuinely started enjoying spending more time looking in the mirror.

1 Month Post-Op – Slimmer Face Line and Balanced Eyes
During the early post-op period, my face was extremely swollen, and I honestly wondered if the surgery had gone well. However, as the swelling decreased day by day, I could clearly see my face becoming smaller.
It almost felt like I had lost about 10 kilograms just from my face. Because I had lifting done together with contouring, I also looked noticeably younger than before.
I had non-incisional double eyelid surgery along with ptosis correction, and opening my eyes felt much more comfortable. The eyelid lines were symmetrical, clean, and incredibly satisfying.
When I met my friends again after a long time, they almost didn’t recognize me. They kept asking where I had the surgery because my face shape looked completely different. That was the moment I truly felt that the time and money I invested were absolutely worth it.
I still had some morning swelling and slight tightness when opening my mouth, so I knew I needed to continue managing the swelling carefully.

2 Months Post-Op – Youthful Appearance and Feminine Facial Shape
Hello again! It had already been two months since I underwent facial contouring, double eyelid surgery, and thread lifting at a Korean plastic surgery clinic. Maybe it was the cooler weather or just my body responding well to surgery, but the swelling continued to decrease steadily.
I never imagined my face could become this slim, and watching the changes over time made me excited every day. I even started enjoying looking in the mirror as soon as I woke up each morning.
Friends I hadn’t seen in a while told me I looked at least five years younger. They also said my facial shape looked more feminine after the contouring surgery.
I felt like I had finally achieved the image I had always wanted, which made me genuinely happy. There was still some residual swelling and slight tightness when opening my mouth fully, so I continued to be cautious with my recovery.

4 Months Post Facial Contouring Surgery in Korea

5 Months Post-Op – Stable Results and Final Facial Contour
Hello! It had been five months since my facial contouring and eye surgery in Korea, along with thread lifting. As time passed, my facial contour lines became even more defined and stable.
Because I had lifting done together, my face looked sharper and slimmer compared to before surgery. My double eyelid line settled beautifully, and most people couldn’t tell I had surgery unless I mentioned it.
Like many people, I wanted to become prettier without it being obvious, and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. Although I initially worried that combining multiple procedures would make recovery difficult, I now feel completely comfortable in daily life.
I can eat well, exercise regularly, and live just as comfortably as before surgery. My square jaw and wide facial shape used to be a major source of stress, but now I feel relieved and truly happy that I was able to achieve natural results through Korean plastic surgery.
