If implant contracture or inflammation occurs, it is necessary to remove the inflammation and provide
prompt treatment.
Localized inflammation may be treated with antibiotics.
However, if it progresses to implant contracture, the implant should be removed as soon as
possible,
and revision surgery should be performed using a
method suitable for
the symptoms.
If the bridge height is unsatisfactory or issues like a bulbous nose or hump remain unaddressed, the
surgical method
will vary depending on the case.
Generally, the previously used implant is removed and replaced with one that suits the desired nose
line. If necessary,
the wide nasal bones are osteotomized and

When the height and shape of the nasal tip change, causing it to droop, the nasal tip tissue is
removed, and the shape
is re-corrected
