Before the Surgery

I usually edit my photos, especially my nose, when taking pictures because I feel insecure about it. Finally, I had a consultation regarding my nose at View Plastic Surgery Korea, which is famous for nose surgery. Two years ago, I had facial contouring and eye surgery at View and was highly satisfied with the results. I actually paid a lot to get my nose filler a few years ago. However, the shape of the filler on the nose bridge, as well as the tip of the nose, started to look weird as time passed. One of the biggest stresses is that it makes my face look long and, when taking photos, it also made my nose look bent downwards.

During the consultation, I showed the doctor photos of my nose preferences. The doctor said he would try his best to correct the nose by using non-segmental cartilage and ear cartilage for a beautiful result. I also asked him about alar reduction, but he didn’t recommend it as it would make my nostrils too narrow. As expected, it is better to consult first rather than thinking and deciding regarding the procedure by yourself.

The doctor told me that since I had filler in my nose, I needed to dissolve it before the surgery. So I had my filler dissolved after the consultation. I’m looking forward to the day of surgery and feeling nervous about how I’ll look prettier after my nose surgery!

Day 3

This is my 3rd-day review after my nose surgery at View Plastic Surgery. I had my filler dissolved before the surgery, and after it was dissolved, I was shocked to see my real nose shape, as it was very low and ugly. I wanted a high, pointy nose, so during the design session with the doctor before the surgery, I reiterated the type of nose I desired. After the surgery, I didn’t feel any nausea, but I was very thirsty due to the general anesthesia. I really wanted to drink water, but they told me that for my safety, oxygen had to be drained from my body first before I could drink. So, I kept breathing deeply. I looked in the mirror right after the surgery and there was no swelling or bleeding, which made me so happy. However, at night, I had trouble sleeping and woke up every 30 minutes because I had cotton inside my nostrils, making it difficult to breathe. I think that was the hardest part after the surgery, but overall, I’m so happy, as my friend also said that my nose line looks pretty and natural. I also drank a lot of pumpkin juice and took many walks to help reduce the swelling faster.

1st week

I had my nasal stitches and splint removed on the 7th day after my nose job. I underwent augmentation open rhinoplasty, and since I also used my ear cartilage, all the stitches were removed from my nose and ears. I didn’t undergo alar reduction, so I didn’t have any stitches around my nose. From the 5th day onwards, the pain from the nose surgery had completely gone away. I often applied ointment after surgery because I heard that it helps to reduce the pain during stitch removal, but it still hurt during the stitch removal, though it was tolerable. Even after removing the stitches, I was instructed to apply ointment to my nose and ears for 3 more days. Even before removing the splint, there were no bruises and less swelling, but after removing the splint, my nose already looked very slim, and I was really satisfied with the shape and height of the nose bridge! It was worth sleeping with the splint on my nose and walking every day for a week. One of the hardest parts is that I can’t wash my face after nose surgery, so my face feels oily and sticky. However, at View Plastic Surgery, they provide a service to remove dead skin cells that have built up on my nose after removing the splint. I believe it’s the best hospital because they truly understand how patients feel. Additionally, I still need to use the splint they provided for my nose when sleeping. 2nd week

It’s been two weeks since I had my nose job in Korea. After removing the splint, the swelling has gradually reduced a lot. When I looked in the mirror, my nose still appeared a little big and swollen. Upon asking my friends, they reassured me that experiencing this much swelling within two weeks after the nose job is completely normal. One of my friends even complimented me, saying that I made the right choice by going to View Plastic Surgery, as View are really good at nose surgeries and my nose line looks so pretty now. 3rd week

It’s already been 3 weeks since I underwent nose surgery at View Plastic Surgery. Time flies! As I gradually resume my daily activities post-surgery, I notice the swelling is diminishing faster.

Since I enjoy exercising, I’ve started incorporating light workouts into my routine from the 3rd week after the nose surgery. However, I still feel a stretching sensation inside my nose when I bend down or look down, so I’m cautious with those movements. Thankfully, my nose is no longer running, but I’m mindful not to use my hands to dig or blow my nose forcefully for about a month, as advised.

3. Providing and sharing personal information.

This application shall not use or provide your personal information to others, other companies, or institutions beyond the scope notified by the “Personal Information Collection and Use Purpose” in any case, except in accordance with your consent or provisions of relevant laws.
However, exceptions are made in the following cases.

5. Procedures and methods for destroying personal information.

This application will be destroyed immediately after the “purpose of collecting and using personal information” is achieved. The procedure and method of destruction are as follows.

A. Destruction procedure.
The information entered by the user for membership registration, etc., is immediately destroyed by the following method of destruction after the purpose is achieved.

B. Destruction Period
If the user’s personal information retention period has elapsed, the personal information will be destroyed within five days of the end of the retention period, and if personal information becomes unnecessary, such as achieving the purpose of processing personal information, abolishing the service, or termination of the business.

C. Destructing Method
Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using a technical method that cannot play records. Personal information printed on paper is crushed or incinerated with a grinder and destroyed.

6. Rights of users and legal representatives and methods of exercising them.

If a customer requests access, correction, or deletion of personal information, this application faithfully responds to the customer’s request and handles it without delay. In order to protect personal information, procedures for viewing, correction, or deletion of customer personal information by phone, mail, FAX, etc. other application methods other than customer visits are not provided.

A. Accessing personal information.

B. Correction/deletion of personal information.
- If a customer requests correction or deletion of personal information, or if it is deemed necessary to correct or delete personal information, such as finding that there is an error, this application shall correct or delete it without delay. This application may request evidence necessary to confirm the facts of correction or deletion. We do not use or provide the personal information until the correction is completed. In addition, if the wrong personal information is already provided to a third party, we will notify the third party of the correction process without delay so that the correction can be made.
