Consultation Review – Before My Breast Augmentation in Korea
I had been thinking about getting breast augmentation for nearly 10 years, and my confidence kept dropping. So I finally decided to visit VIEW Plastic Surgery Korea, one of the most well-known clinics for breast augmentation in Korea.
While waiting, I touched different implants on display and instantly fell in love with the texture of one of them. When I met the doctor before even meeting the consultant, I was surprised by how kind and gentle he was. Unlike other Korean plastic surgery clinics where doctors rush the consultation, the surgeon at VIEW took detailed measurements, checked my chest frame, and even helped me decide on the most suitable implant size.
Because I’m very petite with a small ribcage and thin skin, he recommended the Sebbin Integrity implant, which happened to be the exact one I liked earlier. I was so touched that the implant I wanted was also the one that matched my body best. His explanations, warm gestures, and honesty made me book my surgery right away.

Surgery Day – Day 3 Post Breast Augmentation Surgery
On the day of surgery, a small lump was detected during the screening test, so the doctor suggested removing it through a Mammotome procedure first. I was scared at first, but the breast specialist explained everything clearly and even made me laugh, which calmed me down.
VIEW’s system really impressed me the clinic has board-certified anesthesiologists on-site throughout the surgery, which is one of the biggest reasons many international patients trust Korean plastic surgery clinics.
When I entered the operating room, the nurse covered me with warm blankets so I wouldn’t feel cold. Before I could even get nervous, the anesthesiologist greeted me and I fell asleep comfortably.
When I woke up, I was already in the recovery room, and surprisingly, my throat didn’t hurt at all and I wasn’t dizzy. VIEW’s anesthesia system truly made a huge difference.
The surgeon personally came to my room to check on me, reassure me, and let me know the surgery went well. I was in pain the first night despite the painkiller pump, but after sleeping at home the next day, the pain suddenly disappeared. Only mild tightness remained.
When I removed the bandage at home, I almost cried the shape was already so beautiful.
I kept staring at the mirror thinking, “This was the best decision ever.”

1 Week Post-op
It’s finally day 7! I keep checking myself in the mirror and trying on clothes I couldn’t wear before. There’s no pain in the lower breast area, only slight tightness in the upper chest and armpits. My compression bra felt bigger, which means the swelling has already gone down.
My friends and family keep asking for updates because the breast shape is already pretty, and the lower breast is surprisingly soft for just one week. I visited the clinic to remove the Mammotome stitches, and again, the surgeon was incredibly sweet and caring. He noticed the bruise and looked genuinely worried.
Another thing I love about VIEW is that there is almost no waiting time. Everything is fast and systemized, and every staff member consultants, nurses, and the front desk—treats patients so kindly.
VIEW Plastic Surgery really deserves its reputation as a trusted Seoul plastic surgery clinic.

2 Weeks Post-op
I went to buy a V-fit bra and they handed me an E-cup. From AAA to E-cup. Unreal.
Daily life feels much easier. I can’t raise my arms fully yet, but I’m comfortable. I even feel nipple sensitivity returning.
When I arrived for my 2-week checkup, the doctor came earlier than me and was already waiting. He helped me change into a sports bra and checked the Mammotome scar again, still feeling sorry about the bruise.
I also received CAPPS care which is a VIEW’s post-operative breast massage system that helps shape and soften implants more naturally. It felt amazing and gave me so much peace of mind.

3 Weeks Post-op
I’ve been taking the prescribed anti-contracture medication and getting CAPPS care twice it works so well and makes the breasts feel softer each day.
The upper swelling has gone down, giving my chest a very natural contour. I chose Sebbin Integrity 240cc because I’m extremely slim (158cm / 39kg) and wanted a natural full-B look.
Sometimes I wonder if I should’ve gone a little bigger, but everyone who sees it says the size fits my body perfectly.
Even the incision under my armpit was done minimally, so scarring is very small.
Every day the texture improves, especially around noon when the morning swelling settles. It feels soft, bouncy, and natural.
My biggest concern was the cleavage line but it’s beautiful. Perfect U-shape. Can’t wait to wear non-padded bras soon!

1 Month Post-op
I can’t believe it’s already been a month.
The heaviness I felt in the morning now disappears quickly. The softness is improving, and CAPPS care made such a huge difference & highly recommended.
My sister is a C-cup, and her bra fits me perfectly now. I chose a smaller size to reduce rippling risk because I’m very thin, and although I briefly wondered about going bigger, the current size looks incredibly natural—like I was born with it.
The armpit scar is getting better with scar cream, and sleeping on my back is no longer uncomfortable.
To anyone hesitating about breast augmentation in Korea don’t overthink it. If you find the right clinic, it’s worth it.

2 Months Post-op
Most of the pain is gone, except for occasional tingling.
Swelling continues to decrease, and the upper breast is settling beautifully, making the overall shape much more natural.
I asked the doctor if I could stop wearing the compression bra, but he firmly told me to continue one more month… but I secretly bought 13 new bras because I couldn’t resist. I’m officially a C-cup now.
Can’t wait for warmer weather to show off my new silhouette!

3 Months Post-op
I finally stopped wearing the compression bra! Seeing natural cleavage every morning makes me so happy. The implant is soft, and the shape is even more natural now.
I played golf lightly, and during my backswing, my new breasts actually got in the way, it was hilarious and strangely satisfying. The armpit scar has flattened and improved a lot. I plan to get laser scar treatment soon.
Honestly, this surgery is the number one best decision I’ve made for myself.

4 Months Post-op
Four months already!
I’m fully used to my new breasts, but I still admire them whenever I look in the mirror. Wearing a regular non-padded bra feels amazing and so comfortable.
Some days the breasts feel extra soft, and other days a bit firm, but that’s normal body fluctuation, not the implant.
I’m already shopping for bikinis for summer.
Life feels so much better and more confident now.
