Week 1

I put on ice packs day and night and went for walks whenever I had free time. Haha Because of the law of gravity, the swelling is going down, so the swelling is all over the chin, so when I wash my face or when I do skin care, my skin hurts. I can’t wash my hair because I lean back because of my breasts.. I heard that the swelling of the chin is coming out very late, but I need to take good care of it..
