These days I often hear people said that I'm good looking.
[The reason for undergoing plastic surgery]
Before deciding to undergo plastic surgery, I had many concerns about potential side effects and the overall safety of the procedure. During my consultation at View, the doctor was kind and provided detailed explanations for every question I had. Their thorough explanations instilled trust in me, and as a result, I decided to proceed with both double eyelid, nose surgeries and facial contouring. The doctor recommended lifting the tip of my nose slightly higher than the bridge to create a more harmonious appearance. He suggested additional surgeries for my cheekbones and chin to achieve overall facial harmony. His keen observations about the complexities of my facial features left me amazed. In my opinion, for those considering plastic surgery, it's crucial to have a counseling session with the doctor. This allows you to gain a better understanding of your concerns and features. The doctor can then provide valuable guidance and suggest the best course of action for you.
1st Week
After the surgery, my throat hurt so much that I couldn't even speak a single word. Breathing was difficult, and my neck was in a lot of pain. However, as they say, beauty is pain, and I knew I needed to endure some discomfort to achieve the desired results. It became more bearable after the cotton inside my nose was removed. Feeling a bit self-conscious about my appearance, I wore a mask and hat whenever I went for a walk. Additionally, I diligently drank a pack of pumpkin juice every day after meals without fail. I am eagerly looking forward to the second and third weeks to see how my appearance will evolve. I realize the importance of careful attention to managing swelling and ensuring the wounds are properly disinfected.
2nd Week
The swelling and bruising around my eyes have significantly reduced, giving them a more natural appearance. Although there is still noticeable swelling around my nose and facial contours, I can see gradual improvement. While it would be nice for it to fade quickly, my primary wish is for the surgery results to turn out well, even if the fading is slow. These days, I wear a mask when I'm outside due to my swollen face—quite the fashion statement, hehe. After undergoing surgery, I've found myself with a list of things I want to do, one of which is to become someone who values and takes good care of myself in the future. Witnessing my face improve each day brings me happiness, and I eagerly anticipate how I'll look in the third week.
3rd Weeks
It has been three weeks since the surgery, and although I still experience some discomfort while chewing or opening my mouth, I can see significant improvement. Swelling persists on my cheeks, nose, and the tip of my chin, but comparing pictures from the past few weeks, the swelling has reduced considerably. Every morning, I look forward to seeing myself in the mirror. I am doing well and continue to use ice packs from time to time, though I think I need to use them more frequently as necessary. Regarding food, I can eat almost everything except really hard foods. While my mouth hasn't fully opened yet, it has improved a lot over time, and I am quite satisfied. Sometimes, I forget not to exaggerate a bit. It's been three weeks now, but I firmly believe that I will become more handsome and natural as time goes by. I am definitely looking forward to it!
1st Month
It's been a month since the surgery, and I don't usually experience any discomfort, so there are times when I forget I had the surgery at all. I don't think there's a need to treat it separately! Initially, I was really concerned about the swelling on my face, but the surgery went well, and the swelling has significantly reduced. I was worried about attracting attention because I'm quite shy. Surprisingly, there were many people I didn't recognize, and I was fortunate that my friends, whom I see often, didn't seem to notice much. Now, after three months, almost all of the swelling has gone away, but I don't usually have much free time. I wanted to go out, but I think it would be better for the swelling to completely disappear after three months. I believe it will be good. I have to pay extra attention to my management in the next two months, and I've even refrained from drinking alcohol as advised.
2nd Month
It's been two months since I underwent contour surgery, facial correction, and nose surgery. Although I still have some swelling on my face, it has noticeably decreased, and I'm able to eat anything without discomfort. When I compare it to the pictures from a week after the operation, I'm truly surprised at the progress. It's clear that I need to take good care of myself during the recovery process. Before the surgery, everyone emphasized the importance of post-surgery management, and now I see why. These days, I approach the recovery process with a positive mindset, making it easier to interact with others. Currently, my nose is the most swollen, but even if I only had my nose done, it's not immediately noticeable to others. I'm committed to taking good care of myself and sticking to a regimen, including drinking pumpkin juice. I'll continue to do so until the swelling completely subsides.
3rd Months
4 Months
Its fourth months post surgery. These days I heard a lot of compliment from people saying that the swelling has reduced a lot and my face looks more natural. I follow a tutorial on Youtube on how to get rid of swelling after surgery. Once the face contour swelling completely gone I will be more natural.
5th Months
It's already been 5 months since the surgery. During the procedure, I was most concerned about how I would handle too many changes in my jaw, but with the passage of time, that worry seems to have vanished as well. I don't face any issues in my daily life, and there's no discomfort or jaw pain, regardless of what I eat. I've received numerous compliments about my natural-looking face, and I'm relieved there are no side effects. It seems I worried too much! I still tend to think this way because there might be some residual swelling. I will continue to be patient and take care of myself, incorporating fitness into my routine. I believe self-esteem is something you create for yourself. I'm optimistic that the upcoming month will bring an even more natural look, and I'm looking forward to the final results.
6th Months
There were many difficult moments and inconveniences throughout this journey, but hearing that I've become more handsome and confident fills me with pride, confirming that the surgery was a success. Initially, I had concerns about my jawline and nose, but with time, I've observed a natural softening of the jawline, and the once seemingly large nose has become more proportional as the swelling subsided to some extent. This transformation makes me incredibly happy. Currently, I'm not strictly managing my diet, but I'm consciously avoiding salty foods. I'm also incorporating regular exercise into my routine to take better care of myself. As time progresses, I recognize the need for lifting management. Feeling more confident about my face has positively impacted my overall personality, and engaging with people face-to-face brings a newfound sense of confidence. While it's known that swelling may persist for about a year, I'm eager for the slight swelling to dissipate quickly, allowing for a more natural face shape. It might be my desire, but in the future, I plan to focus on eating well and exercising simultaneously, nurturing my inner self to become a better person. I'll strive to ensure the time I've endured is not wasted. This concludes my 6-month review.
7th Months
Recently, it's evident that my appearance is becoming more natural over time, and I frequently receive compliments from others about how good my face looks. Each time I hear such positive feedback, it reaffirms that the surgery was indeed successful. Specifically, the results around my eyes and nose have turned out exceptionally well. While there might still be a slight swelling around my chin, comparing photos from the first and second months, the difference is truly significant. It's almost like looking at a completely different person.Through the challenging and proud moments, I've gradually become more comfortable with the transformation. Most importantly, having confidence in my face has positively influenced my personality. Before the surgery, I recall worrying about potential negative comments, such as being labeled a 'plastic monster' or appearing unnatural. Despite initial concerns, I now feel so much better! These days, instead of managing food separately, I try to avoid spicy and salty foods to minimize swelling. I also engage in regular exercise, and since my work involves an active job, additional management doesn't seem necessary. As I approach the seven-month mark, I'm eagerly anticipating the complete resolution of any remaining swelling by the first year.
