It feels so natural to say that I'm pretty these days.
Before surgery
[1st Week]
Finally, the square jaw and facial asymmetry that have been sources of worry and stress for 24 years of my life have been resolved. Amidst countless advertisements for plastic surgery hospitals, I was meticulous in shortlisting a competent and safe one. My conviction in View Plastic Surgery, regardless of the size of their facility, stemmed from their professional on-duty anesthesiologists. They also respected and listened to my opinions very well. In my previous experiences with other plastic surgery hospitals, I often found myself being recommended for unnecessary surgeries. However, at VIEW, the surgeons only suggested procedures for the specific areas that truly required attention. This makes me to trust them more.
They also respected and listen to my opinion very well. In my experience going to the other plastic surgery hospital, they will recommend me to do other unecessary surgery as well. However in VIEW, the surgeon only recommends me to do surgery only in the part where I need the surgery. Thus, I really like the fact that after the surgery I don’t feel that much pain. Contrary to some internet reviews claiming extreme pain, I experienced minimal swelling or pain. However, in the 2-3 days following the operation, there was no significant difference except for a slight difficulty in breathing. As everyone knows, while the surgery itself is important, post-operative care holds equal importance. The post-operative care service at VIEW is truly commendable, and what still stands out to me is the excellent hospital security service. Moreover, the nurses at VIEW are exceptionally meticulous and consistently treat me with kindness. It was top-notch.
[2nd Week] It's been two weeks since the surgery. When acquaintances ask me if the surgery was painful, it would be a lie if I said it didn't hurt at all. But the pain was tolerable, and there isn't much swelling. Two weeks ago when I went to the hospital to remove the stitches in my mouth because I felt uncomfortable, I contacted the hospital, and they kindly assisted me. I truly appreciate them for taking care of even the parts that may not seem like a big deal after surgery. I also want to emphasize the importance of post-care for all kinds of surgeries. I’m a bit shy to say this, but these days I’m happy to be alive hehe. The surgery outcome is very well, to the point that if I didn’t tell you I had jaw surgery, you wouldn’t recognize it. People around me always ask me where did I do the surgery and the price, and I’m so happy to tell them that I’ve done it at View Plastic Surgery.
[3rd Week]
This is my review for the third week! These days, people around me are saying that my face line is pretty, and I'm still not used to these kinds of compliments. Every time I hear people say that I'm pretty, I thank the director and remember each and every one of the nurses on the 8th floor. The swelling on my face has gradually reduced. But, as I mentioned before, post-surgery aftercare is very important. If you eat food high in salt or sodium, the next day your face will swell. So, I always be careful with what I eat. Again, every time I look at myself in the mirror, I am always thankful to the surgeon. I don't understand why I lived with the stress on my chin for 24 years of my life. I don't regret my choice to undergo this surgery. From now on, I will take better care of my face and make it even prettier.

Wow, I'm finally writing the 4th-week review! Everyone is risking their lives for the double jaw surgery. Those around them instilled a lot of fear, expressing concerns about potential complications. While the surgery may have gone well, there's lingering apprehension about secondary procedures due to inflammation or side effects. After our conversation, the nurse and I went back to the ward, where she shared stories about disinfecting the mouth. Despite the fear, the first thing I did was take a selfie. Surprisingly, it wasn't as painful as expected. I'm generally afraid, but capturing that moment in a selfie brought me genuine happiness! If I were to undergo plastic surgery again, I would choose View. Now, they recommend face yoga with an open mouth—I'll give it a try! In the 4th week, they mentioned switching from uncomfortable braces to real iron ones. Unfortunately, my mouth is sore, and my teeth are throbbing. Despite the discomfort, the face line is starting to look more natural and soft these days, which is a great improvement.

[4th month]
It's been four months since I had the surgery in April. Sometimes, I get tired of being told that I'm pretty hahaha , but I guess it's natural now. People around me always mention how well it went. Even the dentist complimented the excellent follow-up care with a very successful case. Now, it feels so natural that I confidently acknowledge my appearance wherever I go. While each case is different, I firmly believe that addressing both the contour and the two jaws together is crucial. The contour has turned out great for me. These days, taking care of your body together can naturally enhance your appearance. Actually, my classmates are surprised when they pass by me. I had plastic surgery in my birthday month during a warm spring, and it turned out so pretty, like a gift. As a woman, I've come to realize that appearance is indeed very important.
[5th month]
It's been five months since I had plastic surgery. As the days pass, the swelling continues to go down, and the results look so natural that I eagerly anticipate the changes every day. These days, I can take a bunch of pretty pictures, and I am very happy. The fact that I can achieve a small face without using Photoshop brings me immense joy. I believe undergoing this surgery was the best decision of my life. View Plastic Surgery boasts the best medical staff, safety measures, and, most importantly, a comprehensive post-care system. If I were to undergo major surgery again, I would unquestionably choose View Plastic Surgery as a patient. This understanding has also shed light on why many foreigners opt for View Plastic Surgery when they come to Korea. As a Korean myself, I am thoroughly satisfied with the hospital's medical services and their facility. This hospital truly offers excellent service with outstanding surgeons. When acquaintances ask me where I had my surgery, I feel like keeping it to myself because everyone will be pretty if they know about View. Ultimately, as a woman, View Plastic Surgery feels like a secret haven where you can enhance your beauty in solitude. It's something I look forward to every day, and I believe tens of thousands of Koreans would have regretted not knowing about View Plastic Surgery among all the hospitals.
[6th month]
It's already been 6 months! These days, I feel incredibly confident as a woman. While cleaning my room recently, I stumbled upon photos from my elementary, middle, and high school albums taken before my plastic surgery. I should seal these albums so the whole world couldn't see them hehe. If I had a wish, I'd love to hop into a time machine and retake pictures from my elementary, middle, and high school days. Not too long ago, an acquaintance did my makeup, claiming they could create the illusion of the same-sized face. I chatted away happily, but upon seeing my sister, I desperately begged them to erase the pre-operative pictures with a laugh. These days, if you're worried about your face, and you hear the sound of arguments separately from your body, it's a sign that your face is getting smaller. I'm even considering liposuction now. If someone asks me for a plastic surgery recommendation or if an acquaintance around me is considering it, I can confidently suggest it without hesitation. ♥︎ Lately, my acquaintances keep asking me to share details about the hospital.
[7th month]
Already 7 months! Time really flies, doesn't it? These days, I'm noticing my nerves coming back. Yawning now signifies muscle movements that I didn't feel before. Well, there's nothing in the world that makes you pretty easily. Nowadays, if I don't initiate the conversation, people don't recognize me. It's like my small face is my defining feature. I find myself contemplating a million times these days—what if I hadn't had the surgery? Some of my acquaintances joke that if I wore makeup, they wouldn't recognize me. Perhaps it's because the weather is getting colder, and physical activity is decreasing—I'm noticing a bit of weight gain and can't see my V-line jawline. Looks like it's time to go on a diet again. While I live in anticipation and gratitude every day, I also recognize the influence of medical intervention. I'm even considering learning video editing and becoming a YouTuber. I hope that with time, trends and prejudices against plastic surgery will fade away.
[8th month]
It's already been 8 months!! The swelling has gone down, so now it's natural, and I can enjoy all kinds of food without any issues. I can open my mouth as much as I want, and it doesn't interfere with my daily life. The most troubled and curious sensations have returned, and the outlines have become clearer. It's so natural that unless you mention it, you wouldn't even know. There's no layering of lines, especially in the most troublesome part, especially when it comes to contouring. While shaving is essential, it's equally important that the operation itself doesn't require lengthy explanations and settles down naturally! Satisfaction with all three aspects of safety, beauty, and follow-up care can be challenging to achieve, but View is truly good enough to earn the trust of my younger brother and family for the surgery.
[9th month]
Today remarks 9th months since the surgery. I still feel uncomfortable with the orthodontic treatment but when I look at my before and after monthly treatment, I can see a huge different. I looked at my pass picture and every single of them are using filter apps. I used to regularly use botox on my face but its temporary and every time I need to retouch it cost a lot. Plus, as I get older, Botox effect doesn't show up like it did in the beginning. So getting plastic surgery is really the best decision that I've done in my entire life. I know it cost a lot but its worth the money.
[10th month]
Time flies so fast and its been tem months. What is certain is that there's no pain from using fewer jaw muscles while eating. The fact that effort is required even after surgery is actually what the doctor mentioned before the surgery, advising to try using both muscles equally when eating. The doctor said that I have to do it up to 6 months and I have been doing it diligently without slacking, but sometimes I got lazy hehe. I am also still undergoing orthodontic treatment and looking forward for the result!#Plastic Surgery in Korea #Plastic Surgery Korea #View Plastic Surgery #Foreign Friendly Plastic Surgery
