What is mini V-line surgery?

The surgery turns a dull front chin into a slim one.

The front chin surgery is enough to give the V-line effect for a round front chin without an excessive square jaw.
The surgery gathers the front chin, adjusts the amount of bone resection depending on an individual and slightly moves the position of the chin to make a beautiful chin in harmony with the entire face.

When fixing the bones with the absorbable pins and nuts, it works for 3 months after the surgery but they begin dissolving on the 4th month when the bones are in place and disappear after 1 year. They disappear after the complete bone union and have no possibility of causing functional problems for talking or eating food.

Additionally, the surgery does not need a secondary surgery to remove fixation pins and nuts and you can rest assured that they are not identified by X-ray.

This is a surgery that cuts the chin into a T shape avoiding the neural gland, places the bone chips in place, shaves off the bones to a proper length and firmly fixes them to make a smooth chin line.

Chin tip surgery

This surgery cuts the tip of the lower chin bone in a horizontal direction. Thus, it can reduce the chin tip length or move the position of the jaw bone forward or backwards but cannot gather the dull tip of the chin into a slim line.

Tip

If you feel uncomfortable about performing T osteotomy, this procedure cuts the square jaw in a long curve shape to the front jaw for a slimmer chin but its reduction effect is less effective than T osteotomy.
