It is good to stop smoking and drinking for at least 4 weeks after the surgery for a fast recovery.

Washing face

You can wash your hair 3 days after the surgery. Taking a light shower is OK, but taking a bath is prohibited.
(We will wash your hair for the first time after surgery with thorough sanitation.)

Fomentation and recovery

It is good to apply cold pack for the first 3 days and hot pack afterwards.

Swelling is quickly reduced if you keep your head above your heart for 2 to 3 days, and limiting water intake before sleeping helps to control the swelling.

Please wait patiently because the time it takes for bruises or swelling to disappear varies by patient.

Others

Do not take off the compression immobilization, gauze and bandage unless instructed by the doctor.
Please use mouthwash for oral hygiene.

TIP

Smile training for a beautiful face

The training relaxes and strengthens the muscles around your mouth after the facial contouring surgery, and helps you make natural facial expressions.

1Say “AH-AE-E-O-U”

Stretch the facial muscles not used that much.
